The Grandeur Hotel is the first business hotel launched in October 2008. It has 125 rooms (100 Rooms and 25 Suites)

Facilities: Pool, Health club, a Indian Restaurant with a bar and 24 hours coffee shop and a Sports Bar functioned to cater to international business tourists and corporate clients. GHHS plans on building the Grandeur Hotels as an independent brand.
